In the way that a good building needs strong pillars to support the covering, Freemason Fitness is supported by time-tested pillars of good health: Nutrition, Exercise, and Rest. Following just these three simple guidelines, every Mason can be as physically sound as they are mentally sound.

Nutrition:
The key to Freemason Fitness, because you can not out-train or out-run a poor diet.

Exercise:
For building muscle and endurance, the better to enable you to earn your wages – in the speculative and operative quarries.

Rest:
Do not neglect the restorative powers of those eight hours of refreshment and sleep; that is when your body repairs itself.

By keeping these three principles in mind, we create the foundation for our temple.
