Freemason Fitness is not a New-Age, fad-based plan that will be passe by the next Grand Lodge session. We have uncovered time-tested method; lessons inculcated by trial and error, and fostered by proven results.

There are NO expensive diet pills, NO expensive equipment, and NO expensive supplements required. Just a willingness to follow some very basic steps.

3 Days
At Freemason Fitness, we recognize that you can’t spend every day at the gym. That’s okay, you don’t need to. Just follow our lifting program only 3 days a week.

5 Exercises
We also realize that Freemasons are busy people. You don’t have hours to spend working out, nor do you have access to over-priced, faddy equipment. All it takes are 5 different exercises, and about an hour of your time.

7 Foods
Nobody likes to “diet,” and nobody wants to spend a fortune buying expensive shakes, meal replacement bars, or exotic free-range, organic supplements. With the Freemason Fitness plan, you only need to shop at your favorite grocery store, for foods you’re probably already eating.
